Founder & Group CEO
Patrick Okon
Building ambitious companies with the discipline to make them last.
Patrick Okon is the Founder and Group CEO of Sol Haven Group, a Dubai-headquartered group with roots in Ireland and an expanding international outlook.
His operating experience spans property investment, serviced accommodation, hospitality, digital marketing and business development. Working directly inside these industries gave him a clear view of the problems customers face, the opportunities traditional operators often overlook and the systems required to turn an idea into a commercially viable business.
That experience shaped the Sol Haven Group model.
Patrick created the Group to bring together independent companies that can benefit from shared knowledge, technology, relationships and commercial infrastructure. Each company has a distinct purpose, while the wider Group provides the direction, standards and capabilities needed to support responsible growth.
His approach to leadership is execution-led. He remains close to customers and operations while building the teams, processes and accountability required for each company to scale beyond its founder. Decisions are guided by commercial reality, measurable performance and a commitment to delivering genuine value.
Under Patrick’s leadership, Sol Haven Group is developing businesses across property, investment, media, education, travel and technology. The long-term ambition is not growth for its own sake. It is to build respected, useful and enduring companies that create opportunity across markets.
“I believe ambition only matters when it is supported by action. Our responsibility is to build properly, operate with discipline and leave behind something of lasting value.”
Leadership model
Clear ownership at every level.
As the group develops, each operating company will be led by people with relevant sector expertise and clear commercial responsibility. Group leadership sets direction, allocates resources and protects the standards shared across the portfolio.
